Plaintiff in Small Claims Case
I am Plaintiff in this case alleging that the city maliciously litigated two citations for the purposes of harassment with the intent to force me out of business in Granite city.
This is evident in a grievous string of inaccuracies and inconsistencies in Granite city’s handling of the two citations, these were explained as simple “clerical errors” by the city, but were so numerous and severe that they could only be explained by either gross negligence/incompetence, or by ulterior malicious motives. See pages 11-14 in the case exhibits below for a detailed account of the numerous problems with the city’s handling of the two citations.
Note: The two citations in question are the same citations which resulted in my Plaintiff Administrative Review [19-MR-357] which was closed in my favor.
