Notice of Appeal<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Ticket 153 is explained in great detail in the “Revised Brief<\/a>” linked below, but to summarize, during proceedings for ticket 153, Madison city found me liable for the illegal parking of vehicles that I did not own, nor authorize to park in front of my property. I was fined $500, but the actual person who parked the vehicles in the offending location was not charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ticket 153 is currently on appeal in the Illinois Fifth District Appellate Court. I am currently seeking legal advice to strengthen my defense against this unjust verdict issued by Ronald Slemer, the same municipal “judge” responsible for ticket 378<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
