Ticket 153 – The Defendant

Ticket 153 is explained in great detail in the “Revised Brief” linked below, but to summarize, during proceedings for ticket 153, Madison city found me liable for the illegal parking of vehicles that I did not own, nor authorize to park in front of my property. I was fined $500, but the actual person who parked the vehicles in the offending location was not charged.

Ticket 153 is currently on appeal in the Illinois Fifth District Appellate Court. I am currently seeking legal advice to strengthen my defense against this unjust verdict issued by Ronald Slemer, the same municipal “judge” responsible for ticket 378.
